* The flat fee for a full zoning compliance report includes up to $200 of any applicable municipal fees. In the event the municipal cost should be in excess of this, we will contact you for approval of any additional fees.

PERMITTED Use analysis Reports

Confirmation of current zoning and permitted use requirements and copies of any use entitlements (special exceptions, conditional use permits, special use permits)

CELL TOWER REPORTS

$275 Flat Fee

Confirmation of current zoning and district requirements. Confirmation of Certificate of Occupancy and/or final building permit requirements. Confirmation of permitted use and any use entitlements.
